3月21日，西藏阿里地区出现大范围降雪天气，造成新藏公路拉梅拉达坂路段及国道564线积雪结冰，严重影响过往车辆通行。在海拔近5200米的拉梅拉达坂救援现场，气温低至零下20多摄氏度，气候环境恶劣。武警官兵在现场救援车辆，为滞留群众发放便携式氧气等。截至当日14时30分，已累计抢通道路150公里。（陆文凯 倪伟栋 刘旭东 周林伟 裴志鹏 孙琪 封面新闻记者 张奕丹）
