近日，青岛西海岸新区小飞象艺术培训学校公布，经学校决策机构（理事会）研究决定，拟向行政许可机关申请终止办学及注销民办非企业单位。据悉，该学校成立于2015年，位于西海岸新区庐山路77号网点三层，培训音乐、美术。
