3月20日，天瑞汽车内饰（06162）发布公告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得净亏损不超过700万元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得净利润约200万元。
董事会认为，转盈为亏的主要原因是截至2025年12月31日止年度的研究及开发费用较截至2024年12月31日止年度增加约600万元。
