当地时间3月19日，马拉维灾害管理事务部表示，连续四天的暴雨和洪灾已造成至少13人丧生。
截至目前，已有9598户家庭受到暴雨和洪水的影响。当地灾害管理部门已开始向受灾家庭分发援助物资。（总台记者 马培敏）
