【今年前两月北京新建商品房销售面积93.4万平方米 同比下降1.3%】财联社3月17日电，北京发布1-2月经济运行情况，全市新建住宅销售面积66.4万平方米，增长10.9%，主要受保障房集中签售带动。1-2月，北京市新建商品房销售面积93.4万平方米，同比下降1.3%，降幅较去年全年（下降6.9%）大幅收窄5.6个百分点。
