当地时间17日凌晨，日本青森县三泽市附近海域发生一起船只相撞事故，一艘渔船与一艘货船发生碰撞后翻覆。
日本海上保安部门表示，渔船上的13名船员全部落水，其中10人被救起，1人处于昏迷状态，其余9人意识清醒，目前伤情尚不明确。另有3名船员下落不明。日本海上保安部门正在全力搜救。
