近日，科源制药发布公告称，公司董事会近日收到公司法定代表人、总裁高春坡的书面辞职报告，高春坡因工作调整原因申请辞去总裁职务，不再担任公司法定代表人，高春坡原定任期至第四届董事会任期届满之日。高春坡辞去前述职务后不在公司担任其他职务。
