财联社3月16日电，电子气体概念反复活跃，金宏气体涨超14%，华特气体、中船特气、广钢气体、九丰能源、杭氧股份跟涨。消息面上，希捷首席商务官Ban Seng Teh表示，如果氦气供应中断持续数周以上，可能会迫使芯片制造商将更多产能分配给人工智能存储器，从而加剧本已严重的内存短缺问题。
