3月13日，胖东来商贸集团创始人于东来在个人社交平台发布胖东来郑州门店的规划效果图，首次对外披露了项目的设计细节，并同步更新了项目开业时间。
在此次发布的内容中，于东来明确表示，为全力打磨项目品质，胖东来郑州门店已邀请国际一流设计团队参与打造，因项目质量升级，项目完成及开业时间预计调整至2026年10月
