嘉进投资国际（00310）发布公告，于2026年3月6日，公司订立配售函件，据此公司同意认购及获配发于香港联交所上市的公司的配售股份，总代价为61.2万港元。配售股份毋须遵守上市规则第14章及第21章项下的申报、公告、通函及股东批准规定。
