格隆汇3月10日丨中百集团(000759.SZ)公布，近日，中百工贸电器召开临时股东会，审议通过了《关于武汉中百工贸电器有限公司依法解散的议案》，经股东协商一致，决定以2026年3月31日为公司清算基准日，解散公司，终止经营，依法进行清算并办理注销登记手续。
