格隆汇3月10日丨威华达控股(00622.HK)公布，集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得净溢利1.71亿港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得净亏损1.95亿港元。
年度的净溢利主要由于以下各项的综合影响：(a)应占联营公司溢利；(b)按公平值列账及列入损益表之金融资产的未变现公平值收益净值；及(c)应收贷款减值亏损拨回净额。
