日前，据中国新闻周刊报道，全国政协委员、中国工程院院士、北京工商大学教授孙宝国在谈及预制菜问题时表示，消费者很大程度上担心的是，餐馆卖的是预制菜，但却是按照大厨现做的价格卖，这是不成的。
孙宝国指出，消费者对于预制菜有知情权，必须让消费者知道餐馆卖的是预制菜，而且卖的价格是预制菜的价格。他指出，不能有信息不对称。
