据海南控股，3月8日凌晨1:40，一架来自伊尔库茨克的俄罗斯航空客机平稳降落在海南控股旗下三亚凤凰国际机场（以下简称“三亚机场”），标志着“三亚⇌伊尔库茨克”国际客运航线正式通航。这是三亚机场2026年开通的首条国际客运航线。截至目前，三亚机场已通航三亚至俄罗斯11个城市，每周航班量达26班。
