耐普矿机3月6日公告，公司当天召开第五届董事会第三十四次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任高级管理人员的议案》，同意公司聘请张国梁为公司常务副总经理，协助总经理处理公司内部日常事务，分管公司生产管理中心。任期自本次董事会会议审议通过之日起至公司第五届董事会届满之日止。
