智通财经APP讯，中金公司(03908)发布公告，中国国际金融股份有限公司2026年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)发行金额为不超过60亿元(含60亿元)。本期债券分为两个品种，品种一的票面利率询价区间为1.10%-2.10%(含上下限)，品种二的票面利率询价区间为1.20%-2.20%(含上下限)。本期债券的募集资金在扣除发行费用后，拟全部用于偿还/置换公司债券本金和补充流动资金。
