方盛制药3月4日公告，公司全资子公司健盟药业收到国家药监局核准签发的《药品注册证书》，公司研发的比索洛尔氨氯地平片已获得药品批准文号，并可进行生产。该药品由德国默克公司开发，用于治疗高血压。截至公告披露日，该药品项目的投入累计约为898万元。
