贵州大叔杨秀刚在非洲种地被“持枪保护”，被网友笑称“爽文照进现实”。
2017年，杨秀刚被派遣到尼日利亚指导水稻种植。在他手把手教导下，当地亩产直接从200公斤干到600公斤！因为技术好，当地直接派武警寸步不离持枪保护他。杨秀刚说：“我是土生土长从地里面实实在在走出去的，是‘土专家’，想让非洲老百姓有一口饭吃。”
