格隆汇3月3日｜麦当劳继续放售香港铺位，最新以9350万港元出售荔枝角美孚新邨地铺。铺位位于万事达广场1至17号地下N60A铺，建筑面积约6915方呎，邻近港铁站出口，呎价约1.35万港元。据了解，买家为资深投资者郭木财家族。资料显示，麦当劳于1988年以2735.2万港元买入该铺并持有38年，账面获利6614.8万港元，升值约2.4倍。
