1-2月，北京二手房住宅网签23212套，同比去年1-2月的24356套，下降1144套，同比下跌4.69%。

其中，北京润园以14.61亿元的网签金额，获得北京新房1-2月网签金额冠军；长安华曦府金安以200套的网签套数，获得北京新房1-2月网签套数冠军。
