美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）主席 Michael Selig 任命前联邦检察官 David Miller 出任执法部门负责人。Miller 曾在 Greenberg Traurig 与 Morgan Lewis 担任诉讼合伙人，专注大宗商品、证券及数字资产案件，并曾在纽约南区联邦检察官办公室及美国司法部任职近 10 年。近期 CFTC 与 SEC 均面临执法人员配置与执法力度下降的质疑。Selig 表示，Miller 将聚焦打击欺诈、滥用及市场操纵行为，而非通过执法设定政策方向。（The Block）
