3月2日，有网友在社交平台分享，北京银行当日上午积存金实时买入价一度显示为1.6元/克。
目前，该行手机银行APP贵金属业务页面已无积存金模块入口，仅剩实物贵金属和代理贵金属两大板块。
对此，北京银行客服表示：“当前手机银行上面无法查找的积存金页面的问题，我们已经反馈到相关业务部门了，建议您稍晚换个时间段重新尝试。”同时：“未接到具体恢复时间的通知。”
