3月2日金融一线消息，中国再保险发布公告称，由于工作安排的变动，伍秀薇不再担任公司公司秘书，亦不再担任公司授权代表，自2026年2月28日起生效。
董事会委任曹顺明、钟曼娜为联席公司秘书，钟曼娜的委任自2026年2月28日生效，曹顺明因暂不具备港交所规定资格，将申请豁免，豁免获批后生效。
钟曼娜同时获委任为公司授权代表，自2026年2月28日起生效。
