智通财经APP讯，EDA集团控股(02505)发布公告，于2026年3月2日，为支持本集团合营公司PT Flexlogis Investment的业务发展及运营，本公司(作为贷款人)与PT Flexlogis Investment订立借款协议II，据此，本公司有条件同意向PT Flexlogis Investment提供本金额最高为人民币6000万元的贷款，期限自借款协议II的生效日期起至2031年3月1日止，自各贷款的相关提取日期起按5.0%的年利率计息。
