杭州贝壳研究院数据显示，2月杭州市区二手网签3369套，由于正处史上最长春节假期，因此单量环比下滑52%，同比下滑44%；与同样包含完整春节假期的2023年1月、2024年2月相比，今年春节假期月份单量表现较佳。
中介住宅网签均价为26490元/平米，环比（25096）提升5.6%，同比（29051）下滑8.8%。
