当地时间3月1日，据报道，亚马逊网络服务公司（AWS）表示，其位于阿联酋的数据中心因遭到物体撞击，产生火花并引发火灾，导致电力供应暂时中断。
AWS表示，在消防人员扑救火灾期间，消防部门切断了该设施的电力供应。该公司称，受影响的区域需要数小时才能恢复连接，并补充表示阿联酋的其他区域运行正常。
