3月1日，TCL华星与福建省电子信息集团完成股权交割仪式，TCL华星对福建兆元光电有限公司股权收购项目正式完成，福建兆元光电有限公司更名为福州华兆光电有限公司（简称“华兆光电”）。据TCL华星介绍，随着华兆光电纳入体系，TCL华星完成LED显示上游核心环节布局，进一步整合LED芯片设计与制造能力。
