为加强企业征信机构监管，进一步提升企业征信机构备案管理水平,中国人民银行拟对《企业征信机构备案管理办法》(银发〔2016〕253号文印发)部分条款进行修改，起草了《修改〈企业征信机构备案管理办法〉有关公告(征求意见稿)》，现向社会公开征求意见。意见反馈截止时间为2026年3月30日。
