2月28日，国家统计局发布中华人民共和国2025年国民经济和社会发展统计公报。
公报显示，全年全国国有建设用地供应总量47.1万公顷，比上年下降22.2%。其中，工矿仓储用地13.8万公顷，下降10.8%；房地产用地6.2万公顷，下降14.4%；基础设施用地27.2万公顷，下降28.4%。
