区人民政府决定：
扎西机同志任温州市瓯海区农业农村局副局长（挂职）；
黄跃军同志任温州市瓯海区卫生健康局副局长（挂职）；
党建丹同志任温州市瓯海区市场监督管理局副局长（挂职）。
上述同志的挂职时间为1年，挂职期满自行免职。
