近日，复星医药发布公告称，近日公司收到中国证监会出具的批复，同意公司向专业投资者公开发行面值总额不超过60亿元的科技创新公司债券。该批复自同意注册之日起24个月内有效，允许公司在注册有效期内分期发行债券。
