格隆汇2月26日｜博通向Fujitsu交付一款全新客制化人工智能芯片设计，通过堆栈组件以节省能源，并预期大型数据中心营运商将于今年稍后时间采用有关技术。公司客制化芯片部门市场营销副总裁Harish Bharadwaj表示，有关堆栈设计可在提升能源效率的同时，实现更高数据传输量。
