2月26日，鲁阳节能（002088）发布公告，公司总裁Brian Eldon Walker因个人原因辞职，辞职后继续担任公司董事及相关委员会委员职务。
同时，公司董事会聘任邓涛为财务负责人，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第十一届董事会任期届满。
公司还聘任Panuphand Asvaintra为新总裁，任期同样为至第十一届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，鲁阳节能实现收入17.73亿元，归母净利润1.03亿元。
