2月26日，金诚信（603979）发布公告，公司副总裁王刚因个人原因提交辞职报告，已于2026年2月25日正式离任，原定任期到期日为2026年5月15日。王刚辞去副总裁职务后，将不再担任公司其他职务，其辞职不会影响公司日常运营。
2025年前三季度，金诚信实现收入99.33亿元，归母净利润17.53亿元。
