2月26日，航材股份（688563）发布公告，2025年度业绩快报显示，公司营业收入为28.58亿元，同比减少2.53%。归母净利润为5.36亿元，同比下降8.75%。
报告期内，归母净利润下降的主要原因是收入减少及利率下降导致的银行存款利息收入和闲置募集资金现金管理收益减少。
同时，经营活动产生的现金流量净额为4.75亿元，同比增长295.81%，主要由于销售商品提供劳务收到的现金显著增长。
2025年前三季度，航材股份实现收入20.39亿元，归母净利润4.00亿元。
