近日，在厦蓉高速郴州段，一名驾驶人因过度依赖辅助驾驶，在分岔路口撞上护栏导致侧翻。
男子称，辅助驾驶没识别到岔口护栏，等他想转方向已经来不及了，直接撞了上去。
交警认定，该驾驶人使用智能辅助驾驶时未及时人工介入，导致车辆及公路设施受损，需承担此次事故全部责任。
