据中国人民银行2月14日网站公布行政处罚，银罚决字:(2026)5号，中国建设银行（601939）因违反账户管理规定等10项违法行为类型被警告，没收违法所得55.097567万元，罚款4295.51万元，合计罚没4350.607567万元。同时21人因对建行违法行为负有责任，分别收到央行罚单。
