智通财经APP获悉，周三，奈飞(NFLX.US)早盘涨超5%，报82.07美元。消息面上，2月25日，派拉蒙天舞公司Paramount Skydance Corp将收购华纳兄弟探索公司Warner Bros. Discovery的现金报价提高至每股31美元，新提案包括70亿美元监管终止费和若交易失败需向奈飞支付28亿美元分手费，分析师Gary Black预测奈飞将在竞标战中胜出。
