每经AI快讯，据财政部官网2月25日消息，2026年2月10日至11日，国际农业发展基金（IFAD）在意大利罗马召开第49届理事会。IFAD中国理事、财政部副部长廖岷率中国代表团出席会议。会议期间，廖岷还会见了IFAD总裁拉里奥、联合国粮农组织总干事屈冬玉、巴西财政部副部长罗熙丹、意大利经济与财政部总司长巴比耶瑞，就双方共同关心的多双边财金问题深入交换意见。
