智通财经APP获悉，总部位于中国的消费产品供应商爱购控股(Aigo Holding，AIGO.US)于周二撤回了其美股首次公开募股(IPO)计划。该公司此前曾申请以每股4至6美元的价格发行200万股股票，筹资1000万美元。
这家总部位于中国福州的公司成立于2011年，在截至2024年12月31日的12个月内录得营收2.1亿美元。该公司原计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为AIGO。艾德证券期货(Eddid Securities and Futures)原定为该交易的唯一账簿管理人。
