财联社2月24日电，美联储就一项新提案开启了为期60天的公共意见征询，该提案拟将“声誉风险”从银行监管规则中永久性删除。新提案明确指出，要求审查员应优先关注威胁银行“安全性与稳健性”的实质风险，不得因“声誉风险”而对从事合法活动的客户进行“惩罚或禁止”，包括加密企业。
