财联社2月24日电，据报道，Meta与AMD达成AI设备采购协议，将部署6吉瓦AMD GPU。AMD同意向Meta公司出售价值高达600亿美元的AI芯片。此外，AMD将向Meta Platforms发行基于业绩的认股权证，可认购最多1.6亿股AMD普通股。
