三安光电公告称，公司于2026年2月14日召开董事会会议，审议通过《处置公司部分设备的议案》。为优化产品结构等，公司拟处置不符合业务需求的设备，该批设备账面原值86,596.12万元，累计折旧41,919.48万元，账面净值44,676.64万元，占2024年末、2025年9月末固定资产账面净值的比例分别约为1.93%、1.86%。董事会授权经营层办理相关事宜，预计处置不会对公司生产经营及利润造成不利影响。
