IT之家 2 月 24 日消息，Akasa 爱克生将在 3 月 10~12 日举行的 2026 德国纽伦堡嵌入式展商展出其面向嵌入式和边缘应用场景的丰富散热解决方案，而这其中就包括采用均热板 (Vapour Chamber) 设计的多款产品。
在 MSDT 级平台方面，Akasa 则将展出一款支持英特尔 LGA 1700 / 1851 插槽的 1U 高度超矮均热板风冷散热器。其搭载低矮的侧出风式风扇，支持 125W 的 TDP。
而对于服务器平台，Akasa 则推出整合均热板与高密度鳍片的散热器模组（IT之家注：需与外部风扇配套使用）。对于英伟达 GeForce RTX 5090 / RTX PRO 6000 显卡，上图左侧产品支持 600~1000W 的 TDP；而服务于英特尔 LGA4710 "Granite Rapids" 至强处理器的右侧产品则拥有最高 400W TDP 的解热能力。
