据美国CNBC网站报道，由于气象部门预计美国东海岸将可能再度遭遇强冬季风暴，美国航司已取消了逾5000架次航班，并对弗吉尼亚州至缅因州沿线机场免除退票与改签费用。航班追踪数据公司FlightAware的数据显示，美国纽约约翰·肯尼迪国际机场和拉瓜迪亚机场22日约有三分之二的进港航班及约40%的出港航班被取消。预计23日航班中断情况将进一步恶化。
