《尼尔：伪装者ver.1.22474487139》最初于2021年4月22日在日本和亚洲发售，登陆了PS4和Xbox One，4月23日登陆了PC Steam以及全球其他地区的PS4和Xbox One主机。
2022年11月，官方曾宣布该作销量达到了150万套。
