做法:
- 油热下肉末炒香,加香菇碎、萝卜干翻炒,放1勺蚝油、少许盐和白糖,加清水煮2分钟,倒入水淀粉勾芡,关火后加韭菜拌匀备用。
- 糯米粉+澄面用开水烫面,揉成面团,再加白糖、猪油揉至光滑。
- 取小面团搓圆压扁,包入炒好的馅料,捏成饺子状。
- 油温五成热下锅,炸至金黄酥脆捞出即可。
