2月10日晚，希迪智驾在港交所公告，鉴于中国内地之假期安排，相关过户、结算及换票等程序预期无法于原定日期（即2026年2月20日）完成。因此，公司拟将股份拆细之生效日期更新为2026年3月2日。有关股份拆细生效后的相关事宜之预计时间点亦将作相应顺延调整。
