2月10日，兴源环境（300266）发布公告，公司董事会秘书耿爽因个人原因辞职，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务，其辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
在董事会秘书空缺期间，公司董事长邬永本代行董事会秘书职责，公司将尽快按照法定程序完成新任董事会秘书的聘任工作。
2025年前三季度，兴源环境实现收入7.32亿元，归母净利润-5689万元。
