歌礼制药-B(01672)公布，已于2026年2月10日完成配售合共6925.6万股股份，每股配售价12.18港元，净筹约8.35亿港元，约90%建议用于治疗肥胖症的小分子口服GLP-1受体激动剂ASC30的全球III期临床试验的准备、基础工作及启动，约10%建议用作营运资金及其他一般公司用途。
